The rooms with a comfortable bed, a balcony, a bathroom. Amazingly nice staff throughout. Great and unbeatable location in the shopping area, really close to surrounding areas, and cathedral.

The room was big and air-conditioned with balcony, a comfortable bed plus a bathroom, had the best night sleep. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to Albaicin and downtown and bus station and interesting places. Had dinner at El Claustro, set 5 mins away on foot.

Had air-conditioned double room with balcony as well as a comfortable bed. Perfect and exceptionally nice location to all sightseeing was a plus.

The hotel's location was marvellous and fantastic in the center of Granada. The room was exceptionally comfortable with balcony, a bathroom, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. The staff was kind and great when we had questions.

Great and unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to The Alhambra. Placed 15 minutes on foot from the train station. Early check-in and late check-out, amazingly nice staff. Good-sized and silent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a work desk and a TV set...

the hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a good area, near the calle elvira as well as the nearby albaycin. the queen room with balcony had all necessary amenities. the stay was absolutely very nice.

Facilities were clean, but Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

I came here for 2 nights and had a really really nice stay. The hotel was located near the center of Granada, close to the Albaicin and cathedral, albaicin, plaza nueva, and shops. The staff were excellent with any request.

Marvellous location near the train station, clean facilities. Also - near centre of Granada, Albaycin and restaurants, the center of Granada, close to the Albaicin and the Albaicin.

The location was great and incredible, within easy walking distance of Alhambra and Generalife. It was located in a good area.

Peaceful hotel with excellent staff, has absolutely perfect location right in the centre with plenty of restaraunts nearby.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

I was upgraded to a silent twin room with a comfortable bed. The staff was excellent and very attentive, they blew my mind. The location was good and excellent for walking around an ornate cathedral.

This place is charming old and fabulous and the staff are accommodating. The units are great-sized, fairly quiet with a balcony and a bathroom plus a comfortable bed.
