The room is good-sized with a magnificent view of the mountains.

The property is pleasant, it has pleasant and really good staff on every request. The rooms are functional and good sized and complete with a balcony, the bathroom, as for instance. The rooftop restaurant is nice place to hang out, for breakfast.

Lovely and charming property with absolutely perfect employees from front desk to maids. Varied and very good breakfast selection, bread, fruit, eggs, bacon, and meats. All in all great location, short walk to the main shopping street, the nice restaurants and bars of the Cathedral area, and the Albaicin and the foot of the hill to La Allhambra.

Had a silent and spotless room with comfortable bed, excellent sized balcony, for instance, and I couldn't ask for more. The staff were very kind throughout my visit.

I came here with my son. This location was good and absolutely perfect, right by the nice restaurants and bars of the Cathedral area, a wonderful hill looking straight over to the Alhambra on an opposite hill, and the monuments.

Everything was modern, magnificent location on an opposite hill, the staff were immensely pleasant. The breakfast was large, had lots of food like slices of fresh bread, fruit, eggs, bacon, and meats.

Overall clean place with charming views and comfortable and prime location open to help us about how to reach the Alhambra by taxi. Well-equipped units and hard-working staff on every request.

Enjoyed this EXCEPTIONAL accommodation with very amiable staff on every request. The rooms were a nice size with bath & shower & balcony, felt like home.

Tbh, had a good stay for 5 nights. We ate in the nice restaurant with a view which was reasonably priced.

Spotless and silent room, it had a mini-refrigerator and a storage. We walked everywhere, the location was great, open to help us about how to reach the Alhambra by taxi. Moreover, it was right by the Carmen.

The views were very limited.

The hotel had a central position near to the centre of Granada close to shops, bars and restaurants, the historic downtown area around the Cathedral with lots of restaurants and old historic center.

I got a good-sized and functional room with a balcony and a storage. The staff were really good, doing great job. The service was great with parking next to the hotel.

The place was overall clean with a very friendly staff on every request.

Liked this hotel, had fantastic experience. The property was clean and terrific and the location was marvellous and beautiful. Our rooms were glamorous and huge here with a great sized private balcony, 1 single bed, for instance. The staff were kind and absolutely perfect day and night. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, excellent service.

It was in a magnificent and absolutely perfect location with a lavish Renaissance cathedral nearby.

The location is great and beautiful, 1 km from an ornate cathedral. And it's based in a modern area near the historic downtown area, the cathedral of Granada, and good tapas bars and the trolley bus. Our rooms are fairly quiet and cool enough on level 6, very good value for money.

A great value and comfortable central hotel, my first choice in Granada. Hot, warm breakfast with every taste, fresh products plus nice coffee. A nice size room, a shower and a tub in the room. A carpark off site provided. Terrace bar and nice pool.

We had double room with a separate bathroom. The location was brilliant and decent, not too far away from None. Also, the area was great.

Everything was perfect, had an excellent stay in the same holiday in Carmen Hotel. I enjoyed the Spanish-style building and my neat and soundproof room. The venue was set in the very central position just off taxis, the Alhambra, and the airport. Moreover, it was 1 km from Alhambra and Generalife.

Generally, appreciated this pleasant and fabulous accommodation with welcoming staff on every request. I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Fruit, breads, eggs, meats and bacon were better than expected. The hotel's location was very central, in the area. Having different cool drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch. The stay certainly was good value.

All staff was welcoming and exceptional, good value, would stay there again. All in all, it was ideal base for travelling to Granada. Appreciated the location right in the centre. Moreover, it's very close to the Alhambra and restaurants.

The hotel was family-friendly, we enjoyed professional staff. Thanks to their concierge for the help. Quick check-in was a bonus. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. El corte ingles, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the venue.

Rooms and location of the hotel were very good! Breakfast was great with a wide range of options. Our favorite venue in Granada, we strongly recommend it.
