Everything was good, the parking was on-site, the room was fantastic and beautiful. I ate at a charming restaurant for all meals and most bar customers.

The location was best possible, near old town. You could walk to a main shopping street and a shopping street.

The location a short way from city centre was excellent. All the personnel was very very helpful.

Welcoming service, even though a few employees were arrogant. Fantastic location and overall the staff was excellent and highly efficient. The fact that Pimlico tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

That was nice and absolutely amazing hotel set in great area, just next door to the old centre of Granada, at the bottom of the hill up to the Alhambra, city center, Alhambra, and El Albaicin, and airport.

Absolutely fantastic and elegant room with necessities as well as the '' balcony '' as expected.

The rooms were nicely decorated and silent with bathroom, the staff were patient.

The hotel was spacious with a phenomenal location close to various landmarks, restaurants, and stores in the old downtown, the centre of Granada, and all tourist sites. The breakfast had plenty of excellent food and drinks.

The venue is incredibly beautiful and pretty with responsive staff. Location - ideal, really close to the bus stop, Albayzin and Sacromonte, the Cathedral and Capilla Real de Granada, and the Mirador de San Nicolas and Granada. Tasty food in the in-house restaurant.

Everything was simply modern. Greatly enjoyed every detail about our wonderful 3 nights stay here. The room was quite dark so the lighting could be improved and available with very comfortable bed, bathroom, as example. We had a good meal at the in-house restaurant.

Got incredible, lovely room with three beds. It had very central location close to Plaza Nueva Square. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby. Food was excellent and I have nothing but such great memories from this trip.

Our twin room was heated with bathroom. We were in a marvellous and fantastic location just a short stroll away from a funeral chapel. Food in the in-house restaurant was good.

Facilities were very good, yet Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Actually, the room was themed, it also had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Granada. The service at this traditional hotel was exceptional. The restaurant was beautiful for all meals, I tried savoury dishes. The staff were competent in the whole hotel...

Had 1 day in Granada, spending my time here lovely. The restaurant was charming for all meals and most bar customers here, I had awesome dishes. I enjoyed both wake-up service and soft bed. The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to Plaza Nueva Square. Shopping streets and a market where right next door😃

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The room was huge and luxurious, informative stuff. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Very impressed with the beautiful view from our double room. Location adjacent to Sacromonte.

Excellent stay, as always. Amazing accommodation with charming setting right by the historical center, tourist attractions, and the Alhambra. Exceptional staff with a good portion of humor. Easy check-in, parking nearby. By the way, parking fee - gbp 17 per day.
