Spotless and airy room with a TV set, a safe box, and a living area for a very nice stay.

The rooms new-fashioned, airy with the balconies, tea tray and electric kettle. Generally the service was good.

The service was first-class, they settled problem with air conditioning at my request. The room was extra big, lovely views of the inside. The location was great, for example, Princes Street Gardens was at a short distance from the hotel.

The service was good, no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were neat with comfortable beds, heating, as for instance as described.

Everything was excellent, I appreciated my stay. The staff was consistently courteous & exceptional, and helped me with bags. The rooms were decent size and contemporary. The venue's position was very central. I was there for 2 nights and will come back.

I got a delicious and excellent breakfast with great Spanish ham, which are fresh, the quality of the food provided. I had a great time at this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Courteous personnel and great location close to all the city's attractions. So close to Universidad de Granada, the centre historical monuments and the Cafeteria for dinner, and on tables that were inappropriate.

The breakfast was warm with good coffee, the quality of the food provided and 2 half rolls, the location was easy. Service-oriented and friendly efficient staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

Overall it was extra big with the best beds ever. Fantastic very central location so close to the Cathedral and Capilla Real, bars, restaurants, cathedral, shops and the train station and tram stops.

After a long drive the amazingly great staff was waiting for us. The twin room we stayed in was carpeted.

The hotel itself was gorgeous and fairly clean with a main bar. We stayed 5 nights and liked the particularly good location. Also, the area was tourist.

The staffs were polite & exceptional. Greatly enjoyed the location to the wonderful San Jeronimo monastery. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

The total stay was fairly nice for a short visit. The room was spotless, with a private bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, view of the commercial town was amazing.

They upgraded me to a spotless and compact room with a lovely view of Sierra Nevada mountains. I was greeted by a very polite and welcoming receptionist who made the stay a very comfortable experience.

I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with tasty Spanish dishes. Astonishing view of Sierra Nevada mountains, loved it. The location was central, ideal to the historic center.

The pool was lovely and the staff was responsive. The hotel had nice and ideal location near the Alhambra or Albaicin, close to the train station, and the city center in walking distance. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Taberna Andaluza.

Fancy hotel with consistently courteous personnel and pleasant view of Sierra Nevada mountains. Nice design of interiors in double room. Magnificent, incredibly comfortable location in Beiro district so close to the Granada train station, the historic centre et the transportation to the Alhambra and sights and tapas. Fabulous food at the attached restaurant. My favourite property in Granada.

Gorgeous, fairly clean, fairly large hotel, the location is great close to the ' Old Town '. The units are compact, neat with a view. Thanks a lot for a very nice stay, strongly recommend.

Every detail of this pleasant and nicely decorated property was good. Very central location just next door to centre, the historical sites and the Cathedral, loved it. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The staff was accommodating and the service was FRIENDLY throughout our stay.

Very central location away from the center of town. Updated and huge units with a twin bed, large terrace and a nice view.

We did not want to leave and would come here again. Bright and fancy hotel, we really enjoyed its central location near to the Cathedral, Granada and the bus terminals. We asked for guest room and it was attractive for minibar👍

The location is handy and really close to Granada. The guest room is luxurious with coffee. It has pleasant staff and accommodating services.

The location was brilliant and decent - ease of access to None. It also was next to the University tram Station.

The location is decent, 2 km from Parking. The airport is 20 km away. Offers airy and updated rooms with bright design.
