Recommend. Clean, brilliant hotel with interesting decor; the location is stunning near everything. All the staff members are very kind and polite.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was modernized and clean, had great views, amazing location in the city centre. The property was located in the centre of the city.

The location was particularly good: a mall and a market were within walking distance.

My triple room was functional and new-fashioned in a contemporary style. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were very handy.

Clean place, would come here again. Caring staff provides a good service. The location of the hotel is magnificent and perfect, facing the city. Also, it's 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park. There is a particularly good outdoor restaurant.

Very good breakfast, with plenty of food. Had guest room with big terrace and good beds plus view on Alhambra.

Had a really enjoyable stay during our visit, and would come here again. Came with our children, everything was very comfortable. The staff were very very helpful and attentive. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, and we could reach a historic monument by walking.

Excellent service, though a few employees were quite busy.

Make sure you stay in the king room with all the usual features. The decoration is excellent. The staff is attentive, the breakfast is very very good.

Beds were a bit hard.

The units were extremely spacious with double bed rather than twins.

The restaurant was modest with nice decor and restaurant, I tried special dishes. The location was great, close to Plaza Nueva. The service provided there was nice. The folks working here were really kind.

They placed us in a twin room which was good sized and functional. The room had WiFi, coffee and air conditioning plus safe, provided for safety measures. Location: the hotel was short walk to all the key sites, the cathedral and historic sights. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

This hotel is fully equipped and clean, has flexible staff and wonderful location to all main sites in Granada. The units are brand-new, great modern on the higher floors.

The staff were excellent, provided us with GREAT services. The location was amazing, relatively near a lavish Renaissance cathedral. You could walk to a mall and a market. There was an adjoining bar and fab food at the tapas restaurant. It was a very nice experience.

Extremely convenient hotel, absolutely breathtaking views and location is best possible adjacent to eateries lining the alley outside, Alhambra, Albaicin and shops nearby. The staff is competent, makes sure that the place is neat.

The location was great, relatively close to The Alhambra. The breakfasts here were great with hot options, food and drinks plus fresh fruit.

The hotel was lovely little and fully equipped and in a very central location just off a very close walk to the shopping areas, historic center, and the Albaicin and Sacromonte neighborhoods.

i had a really good experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was stunning just next door to calle navas, granada and the cafeteria. i was there for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant with nice decor and restaurant. i liked the stay.

The staff were polite and courteous and were around whole time.

The location is marvellous and brilliant, 1 km from Paseo de los Tristes. A triple room has basic facilities you need. The staff are excellent, managed the parking nearby...

Enjoyed that we had a mini-bar, climate control and flat-screen television in the queen room. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We ordered lunch at Restaurante Carmela, located extremely close to the venue.

All in all, I spend my time comfortably. A special mention to the bar staff. It was right by Granada city center.

Morning meal food was EXCELLENT. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose comfort dauro 2.
