Excellent location right in the centre of the city, all was really good. Amazingly attentive and patient staff, as it had to be. Greatly enjoyed climate control and a storage in the room.

Soundproof room with a fast check in and exceptionally comfortable beds. Good service, parking on site. Not to mention very good wifi!

We truly enjoyed rooms with a nice view. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, short walk to shops and restaurants, the stunning cathedral, the cute marketplace, close to excellent plaza, stAugustin food market and the major landmarks and good restaurants.

There was something as service missing, we were a little disappointed.

Stayed in this property for 3 nights and truly enjoyed our choice. Stayed here during our trip, it was a really great experience. The service was great, that made the hotel wonderful place. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

We had a delicious and amazing meal in the morning and some delicious food at the tapas bar. Appreciated staying at the immaculately clean room with great balcony view.

The room was immaculate and stunning, nice to relax in. It was in a great and unbeatable location short walk to restaurantes or tapas and the center of the old town and as well as the beautiful Albaicín neighbourhood.

Its location was magnificent and unbeatable, next to an awesome food market, definitely something to see, plus lots of eateries, bars and tapas as well as Alhambra palace.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a mini bar fridge, air conditioner and a personal safe.

staff was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. the location was quiet there. a huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like el pescaito de carmela that was only 5 minutes' walk away. comfortable bed and room was large enough.

This is a hotel go-to for Granada! When we checked in, our superior suite was ready. Tapas bar in the property.
