Elegant and neat room with balcony was enjoyable.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-designed with the bathroom and balcony plus an excellent bed and the staff are welcoming.

My room with outside terrace, very comfortable bed and the spectacular views was spotless. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were really wonderful people with the manager about this.

Our guest room was brand-new with an adjoining bedroom and superb views. The beds were very spacious and there were a terrace and a safe. The staff was friendly professional and service-minded with very good services.

Had a decent size room with character and wake-up service was available in it.

The setting was not very good.

All the staff members are supper friendly and amiable. It is a chic building, the rooms are nice styled with beautiful view.

The room was decent sized and reasonably priced with a view of the back of Alhambra, very comfortable bed, balconies.

Supper friendly staff and magnificent location to other Granada sights, everything was excellent. As for me, rooms were nice styled with an excellent bed, they offered wake-up service. The breakfast was tasty exactly as I hoped, with local meats and very tasty sweets and pastry.

The rooms are decent sized here with coffee, a nice view of the Alhambra, as example. The location is particularly good and fab, 3 km from Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

Its location within walking distance of Carmen Ave Maria was particularly good.

The room was good modern, luxurious with big bathroom and the overall experience was really good! I was offered a varied and free of charge breakfast with very tasty sweets. The location of the hotel was comfortable - just a pleasant stroll away from Albayzin Public Bath.

The venue is clean, with marvellous and beautiful location close to cafeteria, and a restaurant with good food where also the breakfast is served. A wide array of fab food.

Everything was very good, tranquil location next to bar / cafe and Alhambra and also the city center, very very good experience. The breakfast was rich and complimentary - a wide array of dishes. Had facilities needed in my guest room, including a terrace and a safe.

Newly renovated place overall, it is reasonably clean, location is decent close to the bus station. The room is well-equipped, comes with coffee which is unusual in Spain.

Charming old and immaculately clean accommodation with decent location really close to the Alhambra and the short stroll to old Granada as well as the `` cafeteria ''. Service-minded staff and the room well-equipped and brand-new with cupboards and table and chairs plus the balcony.

The venue was well priced and extremely comfy, I liked the location just next door to most restaurants, the centre of Granada and the Alhambra palace, and city views. Everything was very good, though a few employees were quite busy.

The room we booked was nice styled with a view. The location was marvellous and fab with a bus stop nearby the accommodation. The hotel was set in a downtown area.

The room is reasonably priced. Everyone who works in the hotel is lovely friendly and cooperative. It offers terrific service. Moreover, there's an a carpark close to the venue.

The accommodation was clean, the room was spotless. The restaurant was magnificent with tasty food and pleasant waiters, I tried warm dishes.

The venue was lovely small, I really enjoyed the location near AlHambra and bus service to town, old town centre in 10 minutes for 1.50 € and Granada's main attraction, the Alagambra, and city views. The continental breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. The location was stunning and lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from The Alhambra.

Brilliant location for visiting Granada, it's really close to Alhambra, the town center and old town. Genil district is worth your attention.

Everything was good, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. The hotel had excellent staff members. It was a classic building, the rooms were neat.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like arrayan del generalife that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Hotel's location was next to main attractions like paseo de los tristes. 25 minutes drive to the airport.
