Luxury and clean place with exceptionally helpful and responsive staff.

This accommodation had a very central setting in the city centre of charming Granada. Moreover, it's really close to the garden of the restaurant which was also excellent and Grenada.

The room was air-conditioned, brand-new & had a large bed.

Everything was good during 2 days, appreciated its marvellous and the best location near beautiful Granada as well as the historic areas. We had a spacious bedroom.

Very good breakfast with lots of options, fabulous and clean place. Spotless, nicely furnished room provided with bath, a nice bathroom plus the giant private balcony terrace. What an excellent stay, nothing too much trouble.

The venue was luxury, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was beautiful just off a 100+ year-old palace which is connected to a separate, very modern building housing the restaurant, spa and several more rooms. The staff were incredibly attentive, helped with any issues. Hotel’s breakfast was varied and delicious with eggs to order and could satisfy any taste.

Everything was fabulous, had a special stay for driving holidays. Hotel's location was magnificent, near the centre. And we were near to the Palace in Madrid or the Alfonso XIII in Seville, all highlights and granada cathedral.

I've had a very lovely stay for a family visit. The hotel was in the central setting in the center of Granada's historic district. Had local drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening.

Exceptionally attentive and particularly helpful folks with a doorman. The location in a shopping area was stunning and wonderful and there were commercial centres and a shopping street nearby.

We got room with nice decor and a luxurious bathroom to relax.

The location was the best and amazing - ease of access to Plaza Bib-Rambla. You could walk to commercial centres and a shopping street. It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with a nice bathroom, bath, for example and that's great.

All in all, it's luxury place that has very responsive staff with a doorman.

The venue is clean and reasonably large, views are perfect, the location is marvellous and the best right by the Alhambra, restaurants and flamenco and granada cathedral and other locations. The rooms are fashionable and new-fashioned, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. They have an outdoor bar.

Had an excellent stay for driving holidays. Deluxe twin room included an air conditioner and a high ceiling. The location was very central, so close to central Granada and the main historical attractions. Also, it was not too far from a lavish Renaissance cathedral.

The location was great, in the palace itself, it's a plus. I was surprised at nearby La Azotea, they had some goodies, drinks.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was modern, the location was incredible close enough to shopping options, the city centre and a mere 15 minutes' walk from The Alhambra and the garden of the restaurant which was also excellent.

We would come here again, thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is wonderful and clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 5 star rating. The hotel boasts very central location so close to everything you want to see in Granada.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, for example, a funeral chapel was at a moderate distance from the hotel. The area was secure really close to the outside fountain, and the cathedral and restaurants. Spacious well appointed and brand-new units with a large comfortable bed, nice decoration, bedroom, and the staff were amazingly helpful.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location near to the Wellness and Spa center, the restaurant, spa and several more rooms and the historic areas and Alhambra. It also was to the "environs" or area. The room was huge, new-fashioned, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary. The room is beautifully maintained and air-conditioned with a large comfortable bed, has free Wi-Fi. I can recommend you to stay here.

Every staff member was very hospitable and knowledgeable. The location was the best and amazing, just a short walk away from The Alhambra. There were commercial centres and a shopping street around the hotel.

The room was fashionable and impressive and had an individual safe, an air conditioning and a mini bar. Location: the hotel was not far from Alhambra as well as Granada. Ate at Tuboka, it's relatively close to the venue.

Got deluxe queen room as expected, really enjoyed it. The location was incredible, and we could reach an Art gallery by walking. Also, the area was great.

Excellent design of the rooms. WiFi and a work desk were much appreciated during our trip. We enjoyed our nice staying. The breakfast was good there.
